- Proceed to checkout and fill out the form and your information.

- Wait for an email confirmation from us and your orders will be prepared and be shipped soon.
We use LBC for transactions that are far from us, however if it is within our reach, we do Lalamove.
The shipping fee depends on the quantity of your order(s) and its weight. The starting price fee will be 50PHP and will increase depending on the weight of your item(s) and location.
You can expect to have your orders after 7-14 working days from the date of receiving your email confirmation.
We will also be contacting you and you may track your orders from the couriers once we ship your order(s).
We can do is help you track your parcels or order and monitor its current location once the orders are shipped out. However, with regards to the date and time on when you’ll receive the items ordered is already out of our control since we are using third-party couriers. For this matter, you can verify and ask for follow-up of the parcel with the courier we used to ship your order(s).
Size chart and measurements of the items are included when you view the product that you want to purchase along with the information of the item.
As of now, we only do within the country (Philippines) but international orders will be coming soon!
Generally, only wrong order/s sent by our team may be exchanged and returned but as wrong sizing or didn’t like the product are not allowed for this policy.
Which is why it is important to read the details of the product when you view them and once the orders are confirmed, we cannot cancel them anymore. We do not accept refunds.
As of now, we don’t have physical store and only do it through online since our aim is to make a professional online Ukay-Ukay and help people who are selling pre-loved clothes to be sold and look professional. You can support our local Ukay-Ukay stores in their physical stores.
Don’t worry since we are planning to have a physical store in the future where we will try to make a physical professional Ukay-Ukay store.

If a size or specific design/item is not included means it is already unavailable or it is not available for the product. You can wait and be updated for brand new items which are updated frequently if there’s a new item for the store.
We assure you that our team always have quality checks of what we sell in our store where we assure you that what we put in our store is always have the best quality and perfect for your needs.
